Vendor licences are priced by vendor size. All fees are in USD with CAD equivalents shown. Invoicing is in CAD. Multi-year deals are welcome.

2026 early adopter offer
Vendors who sign a licence in 2026 and actively promote the Act ID system — including it in public communications, documentation, or product materials — may receive a free three-year vendor licence.
The promotion credit can reduce fees by up to 50% in standard licensing, and the free three-year licence applies where a vendor meets the active promotion criteria for the 2026 sign-up period.

Invoicing and terms
All vendor licences are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD). USD prices are indicative equivalents shown for reference; the CAD amount on the invoice is the binding amount.
Licences are annual unless a multi-year term is agreed. Vendor licence pricing may change in future periods. Pricing agreed at the time of signing applies for the term of that licence.
