Multi-rater review processes avoid subjective dominance
The organization limits the use of 360-degree and multi-rater review processes where the criteria evaluated are primarily stylistic, relational, or subjective. Where multi-rater processes are used, criteria are structured and anchored to observable behaviors or outputs. Administrative complexity of soliciting, aggregating, and calibrating multi-rater inputs is treated as a cost to be justified.
